February 2026 Update

Design Presets: Provide Ready-Made Designs as Inspiration for Customers
In February, we introduced a feature that makes it much easier for customers to get started: Design Presets. You can now create ready-made designs for your products in the admin dashboard and make them available to your customers as a starting point.
New Internal Designer in the Admin Dashboard
The admin dashboard now has its own internal designer. For the first time, you can create, design, and save designs as presets directly in the backend. These presets are then displayed to customers under "Popular Designs".
Better Onboarding for Customers
Often, the first step in the designer is the most difficult. An empty product can be intimidating. With Design Presets, we solve exactly this problem.
When opening the designer, customers see a selection of prepared designs that serve as inspiration. With one click, a preset is adopted and can then be freely edited further. Change colors, adjust text, swap logos — everything remains possible. The customer no longer starts from scratch, but with a finished design that they can customize to their needs.
This saves time, lowers the barrier to entry, and ensures that more customers actually complete the design process.
Outlook: The Internal Designer Will Be Further Expanded
The internal designer we introduced with this update is just the beginning. We are currently working on a larger update that will further simplify the processes around design creation and communication. The goal is for 3D Designer to support not only in the shop, but throughout the entire process from consultation to production.
More on that soon.
Conclusion
Design Presets make it easier for customers to get started and give you more control over the designs offered in your shop. Instead of looking at an empty product, customers start with an appropriate template and customize it individually. This improves the user experience and increases the likelihood that a visit becomes an order.
