Every design a customer creates is automatically turned into a production-ready print file in the background. Seam allowances, text vectorization, size scaling. What used to take hours per design now happens fully automatically.

On demand, a print-ready PDF in PDF/X-3 format can be generated. This standardized format (ISO 15930-6) is specifically designed for data exchange in the printing industry and can be processed by any professional print shop without modification.
All colors in the PDF are stored in CMYK. Combined with Color Management, exact CMYK codes can be defined per color instead of relying on automatic conversion.
Text is vectorized and fonts are fully embedded. The PDF prints correctly on any system and at any print shop.
Every print file contains all design elements as vector graphics in print-ready quality. The file can be sent directly to production or serve as a basis for internal processing.
Automatically accounted for so the design sits correctly after sewing.
All text is converted to vectors. The result is font-independent and prints correctly on any system.
Notes for production can be placed on individual pattern pieces. For example "Left" and "Right" on the sleeves.
Barcodes on the sewing pattern help production with assignment and processing of individual pieces.
Adapting a design to every size of a product is normally one of the most time-consuming steps. 3D Designer does this automatically. Logos, images, and text are correctly scaled and positioned for each size. One design produces all required size variants without additional effort.

For team orders, names, numbers, and initials are automatically inserted. An individual print file is generated for each person. A team of 20 players results in 20 individual print files.

CMYK values from Color Management flow directly into print files. This ensures the colors in the final print match the customer's selection exactly.
