Customize Customer Emails Individually
From now on, customer emails can be customized individually. You decide how your communication looks and sounds to the outside world. Texts can be tailored to your tone of voice, so emails no longer appear generic but feel like a natural part of your brand.

Central Email Settings
To keep management organized, there are now central email settings. Here you determine which emails are sent, what content they contain, and how they are structured.
Product Overview Directly in the Email
Another improvement concerns the content of the emails themselves. Customers now receive a clear product overview directly in the email.
Instead of just a general confirmation, the customer can see at a glance which products are part of the order or request. This reduces follow-up questions and provides more transparency, especially with multiple items or more complex configurations.
Multilingual Emails Depending on Language
Emails can now also be customized depending on language. Depending on the customer's language setting, the appropriate version of the email is automatically sent.
This keeps communication consistent and understandable, even if you work internationally or offer multiple languages in your shop. Texts, content, and tone can be maintained separately for each language.
