September 2025 Update
Custom Sender Emails and Automatic Google Drive Synchronization
In September, automation was the focus. The goal was to further reduce manual intermediate steps and build processes that remain stable and traceable even with larger volumes.
Custom E-Mail Provider: Send Emails from Your Company Address
From now on, customer emails can be sent directly from your own company email. To do this, we've integrated a custom email provider.
You link your existing email address with your email provider to the system once. From that point on, automatic customer emails are no longer sent from a neutral sender address, but directly from your own domain.
For customers, communication becomes significantly more personal and consistent. Replies land directly in your mailbox and all communication stays in one place.

Google Drive Integration for Print Files
The second major update is Google Drive integration. Many of you wanted to have print files not just in the system, but also automatically integrate them into existing production workflows.
Through the new Google Drive interface, you can connect with your Google account and select a folder in your Drive. From that moment on, print files are not only stored in the system when automatically created, but are also synced directly to that folder.
The big advantage is in the production process. You can simply give production access to this folder. Files can be processed directly there without manual downloading, forwarding, or temporary storage.
This makes it possible to pass print data fully automated to production without manual handling in between.

Conclusion
The September update brings two central building blocks for clean, scalable processes. Emails run through your company address and print files land automatically where they're needed. Fewer manual steps, fewer sources of error, and a significantly more efficient workflow.
